Dress with ruffle and pattern

I bought this dress from Gap in the UK on my recent holiday there. It's already a favourite of mine for this Australian Spring and Summer!

I don't know if it really shows up in this photo, but it has a ruffle around the neckline, which is great for creating the illusion of more curves on my rectangle body shape.

I also like the abstract pattern and the fabric, which is a combination of silk and cotton. It's lined as well.

I'm so glad to see Gap has made it here to Australia (Melbourne and Sydney so far)! It's great for casual basics (camis, tanks, t-shirts, cardigans) and also has some smart casual (including jeans and trousers).
